About Jenny
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. You bring the questions, the struggles, and what you want life to be like, and I bring mental health knowledge, a supportive space, and a belief in your ability to create change.
With years of experience, I specialize in anxiety, grief and loss, perinatal, trauma, and chronic illness. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is my main modality. I love the flexibility, mindfulness, and acceptance that comes with ACT.
I know what it's like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're carrying a lot, because I've been there too. Therapy has helped me learn more about myself, build resilience, and make changes that last. It's not always easy, and it is possible.

I love helping people find their true selves, the one that's already within them and waiting behind the anxiety, depression, or trauma.
